This included serving as President of dunnhumby North America and CEO of dunnhumby Nordics. In such roles, Grant developed deep expertise in driving strategic transformation programs. This encompassed the strategy, implementation, change management, operational readiness and organizational redesign; across merchandising, marketing, loyalty, personalization, retail media, and data monetization.
He is a Certified AI Strategist (UC Berkeley), member of the AAAI (Association for Advancement Artificial Intelligence) and thought leader featured by Forbes and NBC.
